What is the return policy?
Return & Exchange Policy
At Lulaé, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in their original packaging.
To return or exchange, contact us at lulaeuk@gmail.com with your order number. Exchanges depend on stock availability, and refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs for return or exchange are non-refundable.
