Return & Exchange Policy

At Lulaé, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in their original packaging.

To return or exchange, contact us at lulaeuk@gmail.com with your order number. Exchanges depend on stock availability, and refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs for return or exchange are non-refundable

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all return shipments include tracking and require a signature upon delivery.
Lulaé is not liable for any lost, delayed, or undelivered return packages.
If a return is lost in transit and a valid tracking number cannot be provided, no refund or exchange will be issued.
Customers are advised to contact their postal or courier service directly to claim compensation for any lost or damaged return items.
