Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that processing times may be extended during busy periods such as holidays or sales.

Shipping Locations

Lulaé currently ships to the United Kingdom and Europe.
We’re working on expanding our shipping options — international shipping will be available soon!

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

  • United Kingdom: 2–5 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and local postal service.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly before placing your order. Lulaé is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Undelivered Packages

Lulaé is not liable for any lost, delayed, or undelivered packages once they have been dispatched.
If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact your courier directly to file a claim. We will do our best to assist you where possible.

Returns

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that return shipments are sent with tracking and a signature upon delivery.
Lulaé is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
If a return is lost in transit and a valid tracking number cannot be provided, no refund or exchange will be issued.
Customers must contact their postal provider to claim compensation for any lost or damaged return items.
